I am a real estate agent with Sutton West Coast Realty. I have a background in architecture and design and have been involved in strategic planning as well as the development of real estate portfolios and real estate trusts. I can negotiate the acquisition and sale of residential homes, condos, large estates, ranches as well as tracts of land within British Columbia and Alberta. I am constantly learning and implementing the newest marketing technologies for clients. These skills developed with over 25 years of success and matched with an exceptional knowledge of real estate law will help me partner with you to achieve the optimal outcome for your long term investment and lifestyle goals. I am a member of The Sinclaire Group. I have received many awards including top listing and top selling agent. I strongly believe in education in the areas of Real Estate law, buyer’s law, seniors law & negotiation law. I utilize social media but fiercely protect the privacy of my clients. I am an Apple Joint Venture member and have been involved with Microsoft for many years. I am involved in learning, teaching and implementation of technology not only to coworkers but I help those in need to incorporate technology for stroke victims, paraplegics and seniors. I have team members who excel in linguistic excellence in many of the world’s major languages. On a personal note, I have been involved in the community helping to bring technology and medical care to those in need. I have personally volunteered for years in the daily care of those needing hospice and palliative care as well as stroke victims and paraplegics. I help with the facilitation of housing, the acquisition of donated furniture and home supplies to the segments of our society who need help the most.

I have been honored by National Geographic to be able to shoot on assignment with them. My photographs are often auctioned for charitable causes or given in tribute to those who have served our country and to those in the medical profession who have donated their time for humanity. I am honored to have a photo in the White House.
